Q: How did you end up working with Ferrari Los Angeles?

I joined Ferrari Los Angeles because an amazing opportunity opened up as a Service Administrator. At that time, I was working with a different brand, which was also great but not as amazing as Ferrari. Taking on new challenges has always been my driving force.

I have been an integral part of the Ferrari family for a solid four years.

Q: What do you like most about working with Ferrari?

Working with Ferrari has been a great experience, and the most rewarding part has been learning along the way. I appreciate that I get to learn something new every day.

Q: Can you describe your daily job responsibility?

As a Service Advisor, my daily responsibilities involve taking care of our clients. I ensure I follow up with all my current open repairs, dispatch repair orders, and my main priority as a service advisor is to make sure my clients and any new clients have a great experience with Ferrari Los Angeles.

The F12 TDF has always captured my attention. The powerful sound, the sheer strength, and the elegance of this Ferrari make it my favorite. It's an exclusive and powerful piece of automotive art.
